These terms are between you and Davinder Kaur. By using Form347 you agree to them.

What Form347 is

Form347 is a software tool that helps you place your own payroll information on Form WH-347. It isn't a law firm, accountant, payroll provider or government service, and it's not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor. Nothing here is legal, tax or payroll advice.

You're responsible for your forms

You are responsible for everything you submit, including correct hours, classifications, wage rates, fringe benefits, deductions and deadlines. Automated overtime, matching and checks can be wrong or incomplete. A form without warnings isn't a sign it's correct. Review every line against your records before certifying.

Certifying a payroll is a legal statement made by you. False statements can lead to civil or criminal penalties and debarment. Only a person with authority should certify and sign.

Agencies, states and prime contractors may require other formats. Confirm what your contract requires.

Your data

Your information stays in your browser, and you're responsible for backing it up and keeping your device secure. See the privacy page.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold through our payment provider, which handles billing and may act as the seller of record. Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Project plans last 60 days and don't renew. A license is for one business, and may not be shared with others.

Acceptable use

Don't use Form347 to make false records, and don't try to break, resell or copy the service.

No warranty

Form347 is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free, always available, or accepted by any agency.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Davinder Kaur isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including penalties, back wages, withheld payments, debarment or lost profits. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continuing to use it means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
