Built for small contractors on federal jobs
Your files stay on your computer
The whole tool runs in your browser. Payroll files are never uploaded, and our site's security rules stop the page from sending data to other sites. You can even turn off your Wi-Fi once it's loaded.
The real form
We print onto the Labor Department's own WH-347 (Rev. January 2025), so the wording stays exactly as published.
Catches mistakes before you sign
It flags pay below the rates you enter, numbers that don't reconcile, missing details and full Social Security numbers.
How it works
- Enter your project once. Project details, wage determination and your company carry over every week.
- Add two files. A timesheet with daily hours and a payroll report, saved as CSV. Most time and payroll systems can export both.
- Review every line. We match workers across the files and split straight time from overtime. You can change anything.
- Certify, download and sign. Confirm the Statement of Compliance yourself. The signature stays blank for you.
Why two files? The form needs hours for each day, and payroll reports usually only show weekly totals. No timesheet? You can type the hours in by hand and still import the pay.

Questions
Will agencies accept this form?
It's the Labor Department's published WH-347, filled in. Some agencies, states and prime contractors use their own portals or formats, so check what your contract requires.
Does it know my prevailing wage rates?
No. You enter the rates from your wage determination, and we check your pay against them. You remain responsible for using the right rates.
Do you handle state certified payroll formats?
Not yet. This covers the federal WH-347.
Does it sign or submit for me?
No. The certifying official confirms the statements and signs. Scanned or photocopied signatures don't qualify, but legally valid electronic signatures do.
What happens to my data?
It's saved in your browser on this computer, where only you can reach it. That also means we can't recover it, so use the backup button. See the privacy page.
