Privacy

The short version

The files you add and the payroll you enter stay in your browser, on your device. They are not sent to us. We can't see them, and we can't recover them.

What stays on your device

Project details, worker names, identifying numbers, hours, pay and your license key are saved in your browser's local storage so your work is there next time. Anyone with access to this browser profile can see them, so use a private computer and your own login. You can delete all of it under Your data in the app. Clearing your browser data also removes it.

If you import a file with full Social Security numbers, we keep only the last four digits.

What reaches a server

• Loading the site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles requests and may keep standard logs such as IP addresses.
• License checks: if you buy a plan, your license key is sent to our server and on to our payment provider to confirm it's active. No payroll data is included.
• Buying a plan: checkout happens on our payment provider's site, under its privacy policy. We don't see your card number.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell personal information.

Check it yourself

Our security headers tell your browser to block the app from sending data to any other site. To test it, load the app, turn off your internet connection, and convert a file.
