What Changed on the January 2025 WH-347

The Labor Department revised Form WH-347 in January 2025. The current form shows OMB Control No. 1235-0008 and expires on 01/31/2028. If your template looks different, compare it with the official form.

Fields to look for

• Worker entry number (1A): a running number for each worker.
• Journeyworker or registered apprentice (2): J or RA, with the apprentice's progression level.
• Wage determination number: now in the header.
• Final payroll checkbox: tick it for the last week of work.
• Fringe columns (6B and 6C): separate columns for plan credits and cash in lieu.
• Hourly credit table: plan details and each worker's credit on page 2.
• Apprenticeship programs: listed on page 2, with OA or SAA registration.

What to do

Update any spreadsheet template to match, and check that your identifying numbers aren't full Social Security numbers. Form347 prints onto the current official form.
